This week tech club went really well. I sat down with the kids and a laptop and assigned characters for the video. Each student was able to type their name into the script. We then wrote a script having the kids come up with their own lines, I typed it up and the script was done. The kindergartners behaved really well. One little guy that is usually disruptive was excellent when told he would sit out if he couldn't participate properly. He did good. When all was finished the kids practiced in front of the camera doing the hockey pokey.
One thing I would have done different would have an activity for the students that were done making up lines. They were a little noisy and antsy. Over all the script was written and the kids behaved excellent.
